Experts of Katy (“we”, “our”) operates a local business directory. This policy describes what data we collect, why, and how to control it.
Information we collect
Account data (email, name, password hash), business profile data submitted by owners, reviews submitted by signed-in users, lead form submissions, and standard server logs (IP, user-agent, request paths).
How we use it
To operate the directory, route quote requests to relevant local businesses, send transactional emails (account verification, claim approvals, lead notifications), and fulfill subscriptions via Stripe.
Sharing
When you submit a quote request, your name, email, phone, ZIP, and message are shared with up to 3 local businesses we match you with. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do not store your full payment details on our servers.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing privacy@experts-of-katy.com. Reviews you have submitted may be retained in anonymized form.

We use essential cookies for authentication and Stripe payment flows. Privacy-aware analytics may be added in the future and will be disclosed in this policy.
